Pat Burch Co-Founder

Pat brings over 30 years of banking, financial operations, project implementation, and vendor management experience to Alchemy Community Partners. He also served six years as an HOA Treasurer, giving him direct experience with association budgeting, financial reporting, reserve planning, vendor oversight, board governance, and homeowner concerns.

 At Alchemy, Pat leads financial management, operational controls, reporting, and transition planning. He works directly with boards to define responsibilities, strengthen financial visibility, and establish disciplined operating processes. 

Jayden brings experience in technology, project implementation, technical support, vendor coordination, and business administration. His background includes banking operations, military service, board leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures.

At Alchemy, Jayden leads homeowner communication, administrative coordination, technology support, and service delivery. He helps ensure requests, open issues, vendor activity, and board priorities are organized and followed through consistently.
