Written Proposal
If there appears to be a fit, the board receives a written scope, pricing, responsibilities, and transition approach.
Board Decision
The board reviews the proposal through its normal process, with no obligation to proceed.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Non-emergency messages received outside these hours are reviewed the next business day.
Emergency contact instructions are provided separately for each managed community.
